Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to most serviceable locations across India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing

- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation.

- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- During festivals, sale events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Timeline

After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

Remote or non-serviceable areas may require additional delivery time.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping is available on all eligible orders across India.

Shipping costs, where applicable due to special delivery requirements or exceptional circumstances, will be clearly communicated before order confirmation.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable). You can use the tracking details to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may attempt delivery more than once. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel, the order may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch of returned orders.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are requested to provide accurate delivery details while placing an order. Velano Fashion & Lifestyle is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses or contact information.

Damaged Package

If the outer package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, we recommend refusing the delivery or recording clear photos/videos before opening the package. Please report the issue to us within 24 hours of delivery.
