Refund, Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Velano Fashion & Lifestyle, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
To request cancellation before dispatch, contact our customer support as soon as possible.
Return & Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Exchange requests are accepted only after verification by our support team.
Exchange Eligibility
You may request an exchange if:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- You received the wrong product.
- We delivered the wrong size.
- An item is missing from your order.
- Any other genuine issue approved after verification.
Wrong Size Ordered by Customer
If the customer selects an incorrect size while placing the order, an exchange may be provided subject to product availability.
In such cases, the customer will be responsible for both the return shipping charges and the shipping charges for sending the replacement product.
Conditions for Exchange
Products must:
- Be unused and unwashed.
- Be free from stains, perfume, or damage.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in their original packaging.
- Include the original invoice (if requested).
Products failing these conditions may not qualify for exchange.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Used or washed products.
- Products without original tags or packaging.
- Products altered or damaged after delivery.
- Innerwear or personal-use accessories (where applicable).
- Clearance, sale, or promotional items unless they are damaged or incorrectly delivered.
Refund Policy
Velano Fashion & Lifestyle follows an Exchange Only policy for eligible delivered products.
Refunds are generally not provided for delivered products.
However, refunds may be issued in the following situations:
- The order is cancelled before dispatch.
- The ordered product is unavailable.
- We are unable to fulfil or ship your order.
- Any other situation approved by Velano Fashion & Lifestyle.
Where a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your Order Number
- Photos or videos showing the issue (if applicable)
- A brief description of the problem
After verification, our support team will guide you through the exchange process.
