Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or other valid business reasons.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are applicable within India unless otherwise stated.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Shopify's supported payment systems. We do not store your complete payment card details.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days and are generally delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier availability.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery only for:

• Damaged or defective products.
• Incorrect product received.
• Wrong size sent by our team.
• Missing items.
• Other issues approved after verification.

If the customer orders the wrong size, an exchange may be provided after approval, provided the customer bears both forward and return shipping charges.

Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment has been dispatched.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, product images, graphics, text, and designs, belongs to Velano Fashion & Lifestyle and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Velano Fashion & Lifestyle shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products beyond the extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
